Akoola: how they get clients
Done-for-you Meta ads for home service companies: a crew films the ads at the client's job sites, Akoola runs the ads, builds the funnel and CRM follow-up, and (for smaller clients) its own call center phones every lead and books the estimate. One number reported weekly: cost per booked appointment. A second small product is a contractor website for about $1,300.
The campaigns
| Campaign | Ads | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Watch the 7 minute video, then see if you qualify | 7 | The only campaign with active ads. All 7 ads (two tracker teardowns, two recreated phone calls, three "what we do" videos) send people to one page with a 7 minute video and one button. The button opens a 7 to 8 step application that ends in Mark's calendar or a polite turn-away. |
| Long training, application, price, then the calendar (/apply) | 0 | Built and live, no active ad seen pointing to it. For $250K a month companies. 21 minute video, one question per screen, a server-side grade, then "Here's the investment" before the calendar. Five client ads are locked until you book. |
| One company per market (/grow) | 0 | Same application as /apply without the video, sold on market exclusivity. Waitlist screen when the trade is taken in that city. No active ad seen pointing to it. |
| Owner gate versions (/vsl-v3, city pages, /vsl-v2) | 0 | Older or parallel versions that skip the video. City pages for Sacramento and Spokane mark taken trades. No active ad seen pointing to them. |
| Cost guide by email, no call (/cost-guide) | 0 | A quiz for owners not ready to talk. Emails a cost breakdown picked by revenue and job size. Has a paid side door for agencies. No active ad seen pointing to it. |
| Main website and Book a Call (/intro) | 0 | The public site. Every button goes to /intro, a one screen form that leads to Mark's calendar. |
| Contractor website for about $1,300 (/site, /website-build) | 0 | A low-price first product with a card checkout. No active ad seen pointing to it. |
Their ads by awareness level
Our read of each ad's words. Next to this: the PaintLaunch playbook and our own playbook.
The whole thing in five minutes
Captured Oct 12 and 13, 2026. Read only. Their numbers are their claims.
Who they are
Akoola is a marketing agency in Federal Way, Washington (Seattle area), run by Mark Zhuk. The address David gave, akoola.com, is the company; there is no parent company and no different product name. Their social handle is akoolastudios.
They sell one thing to home service owners: Meta ads done for you. A crew films the ads at the owner's job sites, Akoola runs them, builds the pages and the follow-up, and for smaller clients their own call center phones each lead and books the estimate. They report one number each week: cost per booked appointment.
They want bigger companies than HSD does: $150K to $250K a month and up, with a sales team. Trades are roofing, HVAC, decks, remodeling, siding, flooring and the like. Tree service is never mentioned. They turn cleaning companies away.
How it fits HSD
Same kind of buyer as HSD (a home service owner who has been burned by agencies) but a different slice: Akoola goes after companies doing $2M to $3M a year and up in roofing, HVAC and remodeling, with a sales team, and sells Meta ads only. It never mentions tree service, Google Ads or Local Services Ads, so it is not a direct competitor for a tree service owner. Treat it as "same buyer, different trades and bigger companies" and, above all, as a very well built funnel: seven ads, one landing page, one application with clear turn-away rules, and an after-booking deck that states the price. What transfers best to HSD is how it is put together (the tracker teardown ads, qualifying inside the ad, the price shown before the call, the after-booking deck). What does not transfer directly is the offer itself, because it depends on a film crew and a $6K a month ad budget that most tree service owners will not have.
The ads
7 active ads, all on Instagram, all video, all from one page (17 followers on Facebook), all started between Oct 3 and Oct 7, 2026. Every one sends people to the same page.
- Two "tracker teardown" ads. Mark records the weekly spreadsheet for one client and reads it out. They say $1.2 million in roofing jobs in 75 days, and $208,000 in HVAC installs at $282 per booked appointment.
- Two "recreated call" ads. An acted phone call: an owner says he doubled his budget and his cost per lead doubled. Mark explains that each kind of homeowner needs his own ad. One for roofers, one for HVAC.
- Three "what we do" ads. Film, run, book, at three company sizes.
Every ad ends by naming who it is for (revenue and a $6k a month ad budget) and "hit the link and see if you qualify".
The path a prospect walks
- Instagram ad, about a minute.
- akoola.com/vsl. No menu. A 7 minute video of Mark, one button. Under it: results, client videos, client text messages with names blanked out, a table of 12 results with the source of each, Google reviews.
- The button opens an application over the page. One question per screen: trade, your role, yearly revenue, sales team (or call center for the biggest), how much you sell with financing, business name and website, then name, email and phone.
- Too small and no ad budget, or a cleaning company: a polite "not a fit right now" screen with Instagram and YouTube buttons.
- Everyone else: Mark's calendar. 60 minute video call. This week it showed Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 to 4:30 PM Pacific.
- After booking: an 11 slide deck. Who you are meeting, "come ready to decide", what happens on the call, the price ($3,000 to $5,000 a month plus at least $6,000 a month in ad spend), what you are buying, reviews, "search Akoola scam before the call", us against a typical agency, questions.
- They say a team member named Blessings texts you shortly. We could not see that.
Other funnels that are built but have no ads right now
- /apply: a 21 minute training video, an application, and then a price screen ("Management starts at $4,500 a month", ad spend at least $300 a day, three months) before the calendar. Five client ads are shown blurred and unlock after you book.
- /grow: the same application with no video, sold on "one company per market, 50 miles, in writing". If your trade is taken in your city you get a waitlist screen. Their public list shows 17 of 49 cities with a trade taken.
- /vsl-v3 and city pages for Sacramento and Spokane: no video, the form is the page, taken trades marked.
- /cost-guide: a seven question quiz that emails a cost breakdown, "no call, no sales pitch". It has a door for other agencies: $500 for 30 minutes with Mark.
- /site and /website-build: a contractor website for about $1,300.
- The main site, where every button goes to a one screen form at /intro.
Videos
The 7 minute sales video and the 21 minute training are both transcribed, plus all 7 ads, four client videos and three YouTube videos. See video/SUMMARY.md.
Emails
None. Nothing from Akoola or Mark Zhuk is in the research inbox.
What they do that PaintLaunch does not
- Ads that open the real weekly spreadsheet for one client and read it out, including the weak numbers.
- An acted "recreated call" ad, labelled as recreated, cloned per trade.
- The price is shown before the call: on a screen between the application and the calendar, and again in the after-booking deck.
- An after-booking page built as an 11 slide swipe deck that tells the buyer to "come ready to decide" and to search "Akoola scam" before the call.
- A turn-away screen for each reason (wrong trade, too small, not the owner, no ad budget) that sends the person to Instagram and YouTube instead of a dead end.
- One company per trade per market, with a public taken / open list and a waitlist screen.
- A proof table that names the source of every number (Meta Ads Manager, weekly client report, client job log, CRM).
- Client proof shown as chat messages with names blanked out.
- Client ads shown blurred with a lock that opens after booking.
- The landing page names the visitor's state above the headline.
- A no-call path: a quiz that emails a cost breakdown.
- A door for other agencies who come to look: $500 for 30 minutes.
- Live phone number check and typo fixing on the application.
- A whole custom-built site and application (not GoHighLevel pages, not Typeform).
Weak spots
- Only 7 ads, all less than two weeks old, on a page with 17 followers, Instagram only. No retargeting ads, no client story ads from the clients themselves, no image ads.
- No emails at all could be found, and no lead magnet is advertised, so there is no visible way they keep in touch with people who are not ready.
- The price is not the same from page to page: $4,500 a month on one, $3,000 to $5,000 on another. Ad spend is $200 a day, $300 a day, $6k, $9K or $15,000 a month depending on where you look.
- The worked example in the deck says "Your cost (fee + ad spend) about $6K/mo" while the same slide says the fee starts at $3,000 and ad spend at $6,000.
- Client counts differ across pages (forty, 55+, 70, 74).
- The revenue floor changes ad to ad ($50K a month up to $250K a month) and the 7 minute video still says $50K while the page above it says $150K.
- Two prices for the same website product ($1,300 and $1,350).
- One after-booking story reads "HVAC Tech ... Year 1: 30,000+ appointments booked annually", which does not fit a two crew company.
- Blessings is "he" in the deck and "she" on the /apply booked screen.
- /vsl-v2 opens with "How Landscaping Companies..." for every visitor.
- A Marketing manager can still reach Mark's calendar on /vsl even though the ads and the deck say owners only.
- Six funnels are live at once (/vsl, /apply, /grow, /vsl-v3, city pages, /cost-guide). Only one has ads. Old versions are still open to anyone with the address.
Ideas for HSD
- Tracker teardown ad: record the real weekly sheet for one tree service client (spend, leads, booked estimates, jobs won) with your face over it, and read it out, weak weeks included.
- End every ad with who it is for in numbers ("tree services doing $X a month with a crew free this week"), so the ad does the first round of qualifying.
- One number as the whole pitch. Theirs is cost per booked appointment. Pick one for tree service (cost per booked estimate) and report only that.
- Recreated call ad: act out the call an owner actually makes ("I doubled my budget and my cost per lead doubled"), label it as recreated, and clone it per service (removal, trimming, stump grinding).
- Show the price on a screen between the application and the calendar, so only people who accept it book.
- Build the after-booking page as a short swipe deck: who is calling, what happens on the call, what it costs, three results, "come ready to decide", common questions.
- Tell people to check you out before the call and name what to search. It reads as confidence.
- Write a turn-away screen for each reason and send those people to your YouTube or Instagram instead of nowhere.
- One company per city, with a taken / open check on the form and a waitlist screen. HSD already works by area, so this is a small step.
- Under every number on the page, name where it came from (Google Ads account, call log, the client's own job list).
- Show client proof as real text messages with the names blanked out, next to the videos.
- Film client videos in one day at one place, asking every client the same two questions.
- Put the ad's name in the link and pass it through the form, so every booked call shows which ad made it.
- Name the visitor's state or city above the headline.
- Offer a no-call path: a short quiz that emails "what tree service marketing costs" by company size, for owners not ready to book.
- Check the phone number is real before showing the calendar, and fix email typos on the spot.
- Keep one price everywhere. Their mixed prices are the easiest thing to beat.
What we could not see
- Anything after a real booking: the text from Blessings, the calendar invite, reminders, the "short breakdown of your market".
- The cost guide email (six versions exist by name only).
- How their server grades the /apply and /grow applications (which answers get the calendar, manual review or the waitlist).
- The "owner only" turn-away on /vsl (the screen exists in the script; a Marketing manager was not turned away in our walk).
- The 15 minute intro call calendar with Blessings.
- The five locked client ads on /apply were not played.
- The website checkout and the intake form after payment, past the first screen.
- Password pages: client intake, and three staff pages named in the site script (sales dashboard, scorecard, lead list). Not opened.
- Past or paused ads, spend, and results of any ad. The Ad Library shows active ads only.
- Ads on TikTok or Google. A TikTok tracking tag is on the site, so they may advertise there. Not checked.
- Their Instagram posts and YouTube channel beyond the three videos on /intro.
- Emails: none in the research inbox, so their email follow-up, if any, is unknown.

- ad landing page (all 7 ads): Trade, role, yearly revenue, sales team or call center, financing, business name and website, contact details.
- ad landing page (all 7 ads): 60 minute video call with Mark. Slots seen: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM Pacific.

The ads 7 different copies
From the Meta Ad Library on Oct 13, 2026. The Ad Library does not show spend or results. The awareness level on each ad is our read of its words. Numbers in the ads are their claims.
Roofers doing $100k a month or more: booked estimates on your calendar, not leads. We film you on your job sites once. We run the ads. Our team reaches every lead in 60 seconds and books it. By day 30 you'll know what a booked estimate costs you, to the dollar.
If you're doing $100k a month and can put $6k a month behind it, hit the link and see if you qualify.

Roofer tracker teardown: $1.2 million in 75 days
The hook: Alright, so this is just a screen recording of a roofer. We helped close 1.2 million in the last 75-ish days.
The angle: Show the real weekly tracker on screen instead of talking about results
Proof used: They say $1.2 million in signed roofing jobs in 75 days (the picture says 72 days), about 10.4x, 30% close rate. The spreadsheet is on screen with his face over it.
What it asks for: Roofers doing $100k a month who can put $6k a month behind it: hit the link and see if you qualify
Why it works: Proof first. He opens the sheet he says he runs for every client and reads the columns. Admits the weak spot (their call centre is short staffed), which makes the rest more believable.
Running: 1 ad with these words, started Oct 3, 2026. Goes to: akoola.com/vsl
These aren't shared leads. Every homeowner comes in on your brand and belongs to you.
HVAC companies doing $100k a month or more: booked estimates on your calendar, not leads. We film you on your job sites once. We run the ads. Our team reaches every lead in 60 seconds and books it. You need reps who close cold appointments at 25% or better and $6k a month for ads. If that's you, hit the link and see if you qualify.

HVAC tracker teardown: $208,000 in installs
The hook: So we helped this HVAC company close two hundred eight thousand in new installs in the last couple months.
The angle: Same tracker walk for HVAC, with the bad weeks left in
Proof used: They say $208,000 in installs, $282 per booked appointment, about 12x, 26% close, on $200 to $300 a day. He says the schedule rate is still low at 12%.
What it asks for: HVAC companies doing $100k a month with reps who close cold appointments at 25% and $6k a month for ads: hit the link and see if you qualify
Why it works: Longest ad (1:53). Names the conditions the buyer must meet, so it qualifies inside the ad. "Not shared leads, owned by the brand" answers the pay per lead comparison.
Running: 1 ad with these words, started Oct 7, 2026. Goes to: akoola.com/vsl
More creative isn't the fix. When you hit a ceiling, every ad is talking to the same person. "Is your AC out? Call us." But the guy with the 15 year old system that still runs, the guy whose upstairs is 10 degrees hotter, and the guy who only buys on a monthly payment are three different buyers. They each need their own ad.
We film you and your team on your job sites, build a different ad for each buyer, and make sure every lead gets called within 60 seconds. Every week you get one number: your cost per booked appointment.
HVAC companies doing $150K a month or more with $6k a month for ads: hit the link and see if you qualify.

Recreated phone call: HVAC owner whose cost per lead jumped
The hook: Hey, what's up? This is Mark. Hey, Mark. Are you the guy that's running the meta ads?
The angle: Acted phone call. More videos is not the fix, each kind of buyer needs his own ad
Proof used: None. It is a teaching point: three different HVAC buyers (15 year old system, hot upstairs, monthly payment buyer).
What it asks for: HVAC companies doing $150K a month with $6k a month for ads (he says $9K on the video): hit the link and see if you qualify
Why it works: Speaks to an owner already spending $5k to $10k on Meta who hit a ceiling. The copy labels it "(Recreated call.)". The words and the video disagree on the ad budget ($6k written, $9K spoken).
Running: 1 ad with these words, started Oct 7, 2026. Goes to: akoola.com/vsl
The fix isn't more videos. Every roofing ad says the same thing, and it only talks to one homeowner. The guy whose roof is 22 years old and not leaking yet. The guy selling in the spring. The guy who just had a storm roll through. The guy who only buys on a monthly payment. Different people need different ads.
We film you on your job sites, build a different ad and funnel for each homeowner, and our team reaches every lead in 60 seconds. Every week you get one number: your cost per booked appointment.
Roofers doing $150K a month or more with $6k a month for ads: hit the link and see if you qualify.

Recreated phone call: roofer who doubled budget and doubled cost per lead
The hook: Hey Mark, are you the guy that does meta ads?
The angle: Same acted call for roofing: five different homeowners, five different ads
Proof used: None. Teaching point: the 22 year old roof, the spring seller, the storm, the monthly payment buyer.
What it asks for: Roofers doing $150K a month with $6k a month for ads (he says $9K on the video): hit the link and see if you qualify
Why it works: One script, cloned per trade. Shows how they make one idea into a roofing ad and an HVAC ad in the same week.

We come out and film your content at your job sites. We film the ads, we run the ads, and we build custom funnels designed around your team. All you have to do is run the appointments.
The reason we do all of it is that at your stage it doesn’t make sense to hire a full time videographer, a full time media buyer, and a full time CRO and funnel builder. We bundle all three.
The funnel is not a template either. We look at your CSR team and build around how many leads they can actually handle. Strong high volume team, we send everything they can take. If capacity is tight, we add friction into the funnel so we’re qualifying and booking more before it ever reaches them. We have custom systems built for roofers and for HVAC.
And we don’t report vanity metrics. Not link clicks, not traffic, not cost per lead. We track your cost per booked and showed appointment, because that’s the only number that’s a real sales opportunity for your team.
Book a call through the link below and you’ll talk to Mark directly. No salespeople.
Follow us here for more videos like this.

What we actually do for a $250K a month company
The hook: If you're in a home service business doing 250K a month or more, me and my team will go out and film your content
The angle: Three hires in one: videographer, media buyer, funnel builder
Proof used: None. It is the offer explained: film on site, run the ads, build the funnel around how many leads the office can handle.
What it asks for: Book a call through the link, you talk to Mark directly, no salespeople
Why it works: Written for the biggest buyer. "We add friction to the funnel if your office is small" is a detail an owner with a call team will recognise. Ends with "Follow us here for more videos like this", so it also feeds the Instagram account.

Most don't. And without that number you can't scale, you can only hope.
We install one system for roofers, HVAC, deck, siding, and remodeling companies: on-site video content, Meta ads run on real methodology, an in-house call center that reaches every lead in 60 seconds, and CRM automation that follows up so nothing leaks. The result is booked estimates between $103 and $640 depending on your trade.

Do you know your cost per booked appointment? (version A)
The hook: If you run a home service business doing over 50,000 a month, me and my team will go out and film your content
The angle: One number nobody knows, then the bundle that produces it
Proof used: They say booked estimates between $103 and $640 depending on trade.
What it asks for: Hit the link below, book a call directly with me
Why it works: Widest net of the seven ($50K a month). Same written copy as version B with a different video, so they are testing the video.
Running: 1 ad with these words, started Oct 3, 2026. Goes to: akoola.com/vsl

Do you know your cost per booked appointment? (version B: what most agencies do)
The hook: Most home service marketing agencies are going to create stock photos, maybe some generic AI voiceover
The angle: Most agencies use stock photos and hope you call the leads. Here is what we do instead
Proof used: They say at least 10 ads filmed in person at your job sites and an in-house call center.
What it asks for: Home service owners doing $500,000 a year or more: book a call with me
Why it works: Side by side comparison on screen. The video says $500,000 a year while the copy says $50K a month, so the floor is not consistent.

0:00So we helped this HVAC company close two hundred eight thousand in new installs in the last couple months. The average cost per booked appointment is at about$282. Uh this is an HVAC company. They were doing good, they're spending on Google and they're spending on the other lead channels. They'd never really cracked meta, they had some hit or misses with it before and then we kind of worked together and
0:23It's going pretty good. Got about a 12x return on our ad spend. Closing at about 26%. Schedule rate is still a little bit low at about 12% on average, but it's picking up 25% in the last. Weak. Uh we track Cost per lead, we track daily ad spend. We're not spending crazy on this account, only like 200-300 bucks a day. Um but it's it was like a good kind of getting into the water.
0:46Um For this HVAC company, where they never really hit meta well before. Spending 200-300 bucks a day is like a good kind of starting point. Um just to make sure it can work. And now we're gonna start scaling that as we're out of 12x. Mm-hmm. This is what we track. We track Cost per close job, we track close rate, of course, we track sales, schedule rate, cost of booked appointment.
1:10You can see it fluctuates, like the reality is like not every week is great. But average two hundred eighty two is like pretty solid for uh branded local ads. Again, these are not shared leads, they're owned completely by the business, by the brand. So, if you're interested in something like this, we could pretty much have it down in terms of how to replicate it, but you do need to have a pretty strong sales team that can close at least.
1:3425 ish percent on some of these. Colder leads, again, these aren't referrals. This isn't like, if you can close Angie's leads, for example, if you can close ThumpTack leads. Uh you can close these for sure. Or if you've closed leads off like paid ads. Um but yeah, if this sounds interesting to you, go ahead and hit the link below, schedule with me, look forward to talking soon.

0:01Hey, what's up? This is Mark. Hey, Mark. Are you the guy that's running the meta ads? Yeah. I own an HVAC company and I'm spending about$5,000 a month on meta, but then I bumped it up to$10,000 and my costs per lead jumped. It skyrocketed. Everyone says I just need to be more creative. I've made like 30 new videos, yet nothing's changing. Yeah, super common. More creative isn't the fix. When you hit a ceiling on meta,
0:21Every ad is talking to the same exact persona. You say something like, Hey, is your AC out? Call us. So the guy with the 15-year-old system that runs, and the guy who's upstairs is 10 degrees hotter, and there's another guy who only buys if it's a monthly payment. See, these are different people, and they each need their own ad. So, how do I fix that? So, what we do is we go out and we
0:38Film you and your team on your job site. We build different ads for each and every one of these buyers, and then we help with the appointment setting. We will help you make sure they get called within 60 seconds. And then we track your cost of booked appointment. Every single week. So, if you're doing over$150K a month right now and you could put at least$9K into ads per month, I'll send you a link and then you can book a call with me. We can map it out. Okay. Awesome. Thank you, brother. Talk soon.

0:00Mm-hmm. Hey, this is Mark. Hey Mark, are you the guy that does meta ads? Yeah. I own a roofing company and I'm spending about$5,000 a month on Facebook. I doubled that to 10 and the cost per lead doubled. The way to 20 is through the roof. Everyone says make more videos. I've made a ton, but nothing's changing. Yeah, super common. But just more videos, isn't it? When roofing ads hit a ceiling, is every ad just says the same thing.
0:22Hey, I need a new roof, get a free inspection. That ad only talks to one persona whose roof might be. Already be leaking. There's another guy whose roof is 22 years old and it's not leaking yet. There's another guy who's selling his house in the spring. There's another guy who just had a storm roll through. There's another guy who'll only do it through a monthly payment. Different people need different ads. But how do I fix that?
0:41We go out and we will film your ads on your job sites and then build a different ad and different funnel for each one of these homeowners. And we also make sure that all these Facebook leads, they're getting called within 60 seconds. And we track this week over week with one number: your cost of booked appointment. So if you're doing at least$150K a month, you could put
0:58nine K per month into ad spend. I'll text you a link. And we can make a game plan for your market. Thank you, Mark. Talk soon.

0:00If you're in a home service business doing 250K a month or more, me and my team will go out and film your content, go to your job sites, film your ads, we'll run your ads, and we'll build custom funnels. Design for your team, and all you have to do is run the appointments. The reason why we're doing so much is because a lot of businesses at this stage, it just doesn't make sense to hire a full-time videographer, a full-time media buyer, and a full-time CRO and funnel builder. But what we do is we bundle all three of them together. With this, we're able to turn Meta into an appointment booking machine. And the funnel isn't just a
0:30The template, we look at your CSR team. We have custom systems for roofers, for HVAC companies. We design around how many leads you can actually handle. If you have a really strong and high-volume CSR team, we'll send you as many leads as they can possibly handle. If the Capacity is a bit of an issue. We're gonna add some more friction into the funnels to make sure we're doing more qualifying and booking for you. We don't just track vanity metrics like your link clicks or traffic or cost of lead. We track your cost of booked and showed appointments because those are true sales opportunities.

0:00Alright, so this is just a screen recording of a roofer. We helped close 1.2 million in the last 75-ish days. And I just want to show you kind of how we track and how we monitor progress. So we track cost per lead of course, but we also tracked appointments booked. uh how many leads generated and then total ad spend. And as a byproduct return on ad spend, we track this week over week, and it helps us understand which decisions do we need to make, what new ads do we need to make.
0:29to be able to drive the numbers to be better. Okay. This company has a great sales team, so they close it at about 30%. Um but they uh could use probably more staff on their call center side, so our booking rate could be a little bit higher, and if it gets a little bit higher. These numbers are going to get really, really good.
0:46But this is what we track. We track the average ticket, cost per closed job. This is a high ticket business, so they're okay with that cost per closed job. Um but this is this is what we do, this is how we operate. If you're interested in working with an agency that tracks like this, hit the link below. and would love to help you and help you scale your home service business.

0:00If you run a home service business doing over 50,000 a month, Me and my team will go out and film your content, go to your job sites. Film your ads. We will run your ads and we will book your appointments completely for you. All you have to do to show up, and then once the leads start coming in, our team is going to call the leads for you and put them directly onto your calendar. The reason why we do so much is because most businesses at this revenue level are in a spot where it's hard to hire a full-time videographer at a
0:28full-on call centers at this state, but what we do is we bundle all three Do it at a very high quality, do it very efficiently. So we're able to turn Meta into a lead generation machine. We track your cost per booked appointment, not your cost per lead. We don't track any of that other stuff. So we build brand and we book appointments directly to your calendar for you. So hit the link below, book a call directly with me. Look forward to talking soon.

0:00Most home service marketing agencies are going to create stock photos, maybe some generic AI voiceover Kapka edits. They're going to just Click around to the ads manager, turn an ad on, and then hope that you're going to book and call these leads. Here's what we do: we send a videography crew where we're going to film your content. We're going to make at least 10 live in-person ads at your job sites. We're then going to scale your ads, meaning we want to actually continually increase.
0:27Spend because we're running profitable ads, and we're actually going to book your leads for you, meaning we're going to call them and we're going to set them as appointments for your sales team. With our in-house call center. This is what most home service agencies do. This is what we do. So, if you're a home service business owner doing$500,000 a year or more, book a call with me where we're going to map out your strategy for your local market. This is if you run an HVAC flooring, electrical, plumbing, roofing, epoxy business. Look forward to seeing you there.

YOUR MEETING
You're meeting directly with Mark
Mark Zhuk
Founder, Akoola
Mark runs the strategy meetings personally. He's worked with hundreds of contractors across roofing, HVAC, decks, remodels, and more. He'll walk you through a short deck, map out a specific plan for your trade and market, share real numbers, and tell you straight if it's a fit.
Come ready to decide. At the end of the meeting Mark will ask you for a yes or no so you both know where things stand. Bring anyone else who needs to be part of that call.
BEFORE THE CALL
Blessings will text you shortly
Blessings Mwansa
Client Partnerships
Text incoming
Blessings will send you a text shortly to introduce himself and answer any questions before your meeting with Mark.
If anything's unclear, just reply to him. He's your point person between now and the meeting. Text or call: +1 (253) 800-9325
THE AGENDA
What happens on the call
1
You and Mark review your numbers together: average ticket, monthly revenue, crews you can run, and what you've spent on marketing before.
2
Mark walks you through a short deck and a plan built for your trade and your market.
3
You see real numbers from accounts in trades like yours.
4
Mark tells you straight whether it's a fit, then asks for a yes or no by the end.
INVESTMENT
What you'll actually pay
Management fee
$3,000–$5,000/mo
Starts at a $3,000/month minimum, based on your commitment length. Covers everything we do for you: on-site content production, Meta ad management, our call center working your leads within minutes, CRM setup, and ongoing optimization.
Ad spend
from $6,000/mo
Goes straight to Meta. You own the ad account. You control the budget. No hidden fees, no percentage cuts.
Example: home-service contractor, avg. job ticket ~$8K
Your cost (fee + ad spend)
~$6K/mo
Your revenue (3 closed jobs)
$24K/mo
$18K net profit
4x return
Most clients close their first job in 30 to 60 days. One job typically covers the whole month. Mark will walk you through the math for your exact ticket size on the call.
THE SYSTEM
What you're actually buying
Most agencies hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Leads come in as a spreadsheet, and it's on you to chase them. We built the opposite of that.
We Film Your Content On-Site
We send a crew to your job sites. Real footage of your team, your work, your face. Homeowners trust what they can see. Stock images don't build trust. Your story does.
We Call Every Lead Within Minutes
A real person picks up the phone and personally follows up twice a day for 7 straight days, by call and by text from a real phone, never an automated bot. We keep going until they book or tell us no. Roughly 1 in 5 leads turns into a booked appointment, and we optimize for your cost per booked appointment, not just cheap leads.
You Own Everything
Your ad account. Your content library. Your CRM. Your website. If you ever leave, you walk away with every asset we built. Nothing is held hostage.

DO YOUR RESEARCH
Don't just take our word for it
Before the meeting, do your homework. We'd rather you show up confident than full of questions you were afraid to ask. Here's where to look.
Search Us Anywhere
Google "Akoola reviews," "Akoola scam," "Mark Zhuk Akoola." Check Reddit, BBB, Trustpilot. We have nothing to hide. If you find something that gives you pause, bring it up on the call and we'll address it directly.
Verify the Business is Real
We're a registered LLC in Washington State. Federal Way office. Listed on Google Business. Active social profiles. Real team with real names and faces. Call our office line if you want to check: +1 (253) 800-9325.
Ask for Client References
We'll connect you with current clients in trades like yours so you can hear what working with us actually looks like. Just ask Mark on the call and he'll set it up.

QUESTIONS
Common questions
What should I bring or have ready?
Have a rough sense of your numbers: average job ticket, monthly revenue, how many crews you can run, and what you've spent on marketing in the past. The more specific you are, the more specific Mark can be back. Come ready to decide and bring anyone else who needs to be part of that call.
I'm already working with another agency. Should I still come?
Yes. We don't ask you to fire anyone. Run us side by side and let the numbers speak. Most of our best clients came from another agency and saw the difference within the first 30 days.
What's the ad spend on top of the fee?
Ad spend starts at $6,000/month ($200/day) and goes directly to Meta. You own the ad account. You control the budget. Our management fee covers the team, the content, the call center, and everything else.
I only have 1 to 2 crews. Is this too much for me?
We match volume to your capacity. If you can handle 5 appointments a week, that's what we target. As you grow, we scale with you. Some of our best clients started as a one-truck operation.
Do I need to be on camera?
It helps, but it's not required. We can film your crew, your job sites, or use voiceover. The best ads show real work, and that doesn't always mean your face on screen.
What happens after the initial commitment?
Your monthly cost drops because the heavy setup work is done. If you decide to stop, you keep everything we built: your ad account, your content, your CRM, your website. Only the active management stops.
How fast will I see results?
Ads typically go live within 7 to 10 days of onboarding. Most clients see their first booked appointment within 2 weeks. Months 2 and 3 are where things really compound.
Do you work with competitors in my area?
We limit to one client per trade per market. If your spot is taken, Mark will tell you on the call. We never compete our own clients against each other.
My business partner or spouse needs to be there too.
Bring them. If there are multiple decision-makers, get everyone on the same call so you can all hear the numbers and ask questions together. Just text Blessings and he'll make sure the calendar invite goes to everyone.
That's everything. See you on the call.

CALL CENTER
Will your callers represent you right?
This is the question every contractor should ask, and most agencies can't answer it.
Before your first ad goes live, we sit down with you for a full onboarding. We learn your service area, your pricing, your qualifying questions, and the way you talk to customers. Your call reps use your script, not a generic one.
Every call is recorded and transcribed. You see everything in your CRM. Our reps are compensated based on showed appointments, not lead volume. They follow up with you after every appointment to make sure the lead was qualified.
This isn't a call center bolted on as an afterthought. It's the reason our clients book far more appointments than they did before.

QUESTIONS
Questions we get before every call
I'm already working with another agency. Should I still take the call?
Absolutely. We don't ask you to fire anyone. Run us side by side and let the numbers speak. Most of our clients came from another agency, and they saw the difference within the first 30 days.
As you grow your team, we scale with you. Some of our best clients started as a one-truck operation.
Do I need to be on camera?
It helps, but it's not required. We can film your crew, your job sites, or use voiceover content. The best-performing ads show the real work, and that doesn't always mean your face on screen.
What happens after the initial commitment?
Your monthly cost drops because the heavy setup work is done. If you decide to stop, you keep everything we built: your ad account, your content, your CRM, your website. The only thing that stops is active management.
How fast will I see results?
Ads typically go live within 7 to 10 days of onboarding. Most clients see their first booked appointment within the first 2 weeks. Months 2 and 3 are where things really compound.
What if the leads aren't converting?
Our call center follows up twice a day for 7 straight days on every single lead. We measure success by showed appointments, not lead count. If conversion rates dip, we adjust targeting, creative, and call scripts until they come back up.
Do you work with competitors in my area?
We limit to one client per trade per market. If your spot is taken, we'll tell you on the call. We never compete our own clients against each other.
I've been burned by agencies before.
We hear that a lot. Here's what makes this different: we film real content on your job sites (not stock images), we run a real call center (not a bot), and you own everything we create. Your ad account, your content, your CRM. It's all yours from day one.
My business partner or spouse needs to be on the call too.
We encourage it. If there are multiple decision-makers, it's best to get everyone on the same call so you can all hear the numbers and ask questions together. Just let Blessings know and he'll schedule a time that works for everyone.

THE OPERATING SYSTEM
Film. Scale. Build around your sales floor.
01 · FILM
A videography crew at your job sites. At least ten real ads with your crews, your trucks, your work.
02 · SCALE
Meta ads run on real methodology. Spend goes up because the ads are profitable.
03 · BUILD
A custom funnel built around your CSR team and how many leads you can actually handle. Strong office, leads hit them the second they come in. Weak office, the funnel qualifies and books for you.
We report on two numbers: cost per booked appointment and return on ad spend.
A NOTE FROM MARK
I started Akoola after watching good contractors buy the same ads as their competitors and wonder why nothing worked. Every account we run gets its own creative, its own funnel, and its own market. I look at your cost per booked appointment and return on ad spend with you every week. If your market is open and you're over $250K a month, I'd like to talk.
Mark Zhuk, founder
What you get.

Do you actually know your cost per booked appointment? Most owners don't. Without that number you can't scale, you can only hope. Here's how we fix it.
13,300+ homeowner leads generated for home-service contractors in the last 90 days, across 74 active client ad accounts. Meta-reported, May 27 to Aug 24, 2026
THE RULE
One company per market.
Every ad is filmed at your jobs and built around your business.
It never runs for anyone else within 50 miles of you. In writing.
So the recognition it builds is yours, not shared with the company across town.
This is why our ads keep working after a competitor copies the trend. They can't copy you.

A NOTE FROM MARK
I started Akoola after watching good contractors buy the same ads as their competitors and wonder why nothing worked. Every account we run gets its own creative, its own funnel, and its own market. I look at your cost per booked appointment with you every week. If your market is open and you're over $250K a month, I'd like to talk.
Mark Zhuk, founder
What you get.
Market-exclusive creative
A videography crew at your job sites. At least ten real ads built around your business, never run for anyone else in your market.
A funnel built around your team
Homeowners see a price and a real slot on your calendar. Strong office, leads hit them the second they come in. Weaker office, the funnel qualifies and books for you. Built on your stack: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or GHL.
One number, weekly
Cost per booked appointment. We look at it with you every week and change creative before it goes stale.
FIT CHECK
Built for companies ready to carry the volume.
This is for you if
You're doing $250K or more a month.
You have an office or CSR team that answers leads.
You want to be the name people know in your market.
This is not for you if
You're under $250K a month.
Nobody can run the appointments.
You need a 30-day miracle.
Your market has to be open. One company per market means we say no when it's taken.
21,800+ contractor leads generated in 2026 across 9 trades. One number we report on: cost per booked appointment.

01
THE PROBLEM
Where the money leaks out
Most companies at this size are dealing with at least two of these.
01
Spend you can't trace
Your reports come back in clicks and leads. Nobody can tell you what a booked estimate actually costs you.
02
A sales team with gaps
You've built the crews and hired the closers. The constraint isn't capacity anymore, it's a calendar that isn't full.
03
Ads nobody remembers
Stock footage and generic offers rent attention for a single click. They build nothing that's still working for you next quarter.
04
Competing on price
When homeowners can't tell you apart from the other four quotes, the only lever left is the number at the bottom.
02
HOW IT WORKS
From branded ad to booked estimate
Three moving parts: content that carries your brand, spend heavy enough to own the market, and estimates that land on your team's calendar.
01
Branded content, filmed on site
We send a videographer to your job sites to film your crews, your trucks, your owner. Every ad carries your name and your face rather than stock footage a competitor could run tomorrow.
On-site videography at your location
10+ professional videos
Content you own forever
02
Spend heavy enough to be remembered
We run Meta campaigns across your whole service area at a budget that puts you in front of the same homeowners again and again. Repetition is what turns a name into the default choice.
Hyper-local saturation
Multiple ad variations tested
Your ad account, your data
03
Estimates on your team's calendar
Leads route straight into your CRM and land as booked estimates on your sales team's calendar. We optimize the account to cost per booked estimate rather than cost per lead.
Booked straight onto your calendar
Optimized for cost per booked estimate
Full tracking and attribution

These are typical planning ranges for home-service trades, in line with the accounts we run. Your actual numbers depend on your offer, market, and how fast your team follows up. More budget puts more booked jobs on your calendar — the curve above is revenue climbing as you scale. Returns ease a little at the very top as audiences saturate, but the revenue keeps growing. Close rate is the multiplier we can’t control, so we pre-sell every appointment before your rep walks in.

THE RECEIPTS
Real accounts, real numbers
Every figure below is pulled from a live client’s ad account or CRM, identified by trade only. The ads themselves stay private.
WHY YOU WON’T FIND THE ADS HERE
We don’t publish client creative, offers, or targeting, and we don’t run a public portfolio of campaigns. In home services the winning ad is the asset. Put it on a public page and competitors in the same market are running a copy of it within a week, at the expense of the client who paid to build it.
So the numbers are here and the accounts are not. Every case study below is identified by trade alone. On a call we’ll screen-share the real accounts for the trades closest to yours, including the creative and what it cost to book an estimate.

ABOUT AKOOLA
We built this system for ourselves. Then everyone asked us to build it for them.
Branded content, Meta ads, and booked estimates. We built this whole machine to run our own business. When that business got shut down overnight, we pointed the same machine at home service companies. 100+ businesses later, it's still the same system.
01
OUR STORY
One lead machine, pointed at a new market
Before Akoola, I ran a company called HomeDirection. We helped families buy homes through a government loan program: zero down, 1% interest. Over five years we served more than a thousand families. We were generating 800 leads a month, and 85% of them came from social media. We built everything ourselves: the content, the ads, the follow-up, even the software.
In January 2025, the government cut funding for the program to zero. The business was done overnight.
But the system we built had nothing to do with mortgages. It was a lead generation machine: content, ads, fast follow-up. So we pointed it at home services. Roofing, HVAC, fencing, painting, remodeling. We launched Akoola in June 2025, and within eight months we were working with more than a hundred companies.
Today we build that machine for established operators doing $150K+ a month ($2M+ a year). We film the branded content, run the media heavy enough to own a local market, and put booked estimates on your sales team’s calendar. One team. One system. You run your jobs.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
What we stand for
These aren't on a poster. They show up in how we work every single day.
01
High agency
We don't wait for instructions. Every person on this team figures it out, takes ownership, and moves. The tools exist. The information is out there. What separates good from great is the drive to go get it done.
02
Integrity
Every ad goes out under a real person's name. Every campaign reflects on a real company's brand. We tell the truth early, often, and loud enough that nobody has to ask. If something's not working, we say it first.
03
Speed
Same-week content shoots. Fast creative turnaround. Campaigns live in 14 days. The company that moves fastest wins. We operate with urgency because your growth depends on it.
04
Continuous improvement
Measure it, manage it, grow it. We track every campaign, every call, every result. What works gets doubled down. What doesn't gets cut. The goal is to be better today than we were yesterday.

- Revenue = Less than $750K: asked "Can you put $6K+ a month into ads?". "Not right now" is turned away: "You're not ready for our service yet". "Yes" carries on to the sales team question and can still book with Mark.
- Revenue $5M and up: sales team is assumed yes and the question changes to "Do you have a running call center?".
- Role other than owner or president (operations, marketing, something else): marked as not the owner in the data sent, but in our walk a Marketing manager still reached the calendar. The script also has an "Our strategy meetings are owner only" screen; we did not reach it on this page.
- No website ticked: the button becomes Send My Application and no calendar is shown. They say they review those by hand.
- Checks on the contact step: made-up names, mistyped email endings (gmial.com and so on, with a "Did you mean" fix), phone numbers with 555 or repeated digits, and a live "is this number in service" check before the calendar opens.
- Sent with the answers: the ad name from the link, the campaign tags, and a score.

How the 7 minute sales video is built (/vsl)
- Hook (0:00): one number. "closing fifty five thousand dollar roof replacements on an average of a two hundred fourteen dollar cost per booked appointment. Meanwhile their competitors are paying four hundred dollars to five hundred dollars".
- Who and the promise (0:23): doing at least $50K a month and you do not know your cost per booked appointment, give me six minutes.
- Who he is (0:35): "My name is Mark." They say they have installed this for over forty home service companies.
- Why the number matters (0:43): "without that number, you can't scale, you can only hope". Put a dollar in, know what comes out, hire a salesperson with confidence.
- Three reasons you do not know it (1:27): only on Google, Yelp and Angie (a fixed amount of demand); running Meta like 2020; no call centre (they say reach a lead in 60 seconds or the close rate halves).
- The four part system (3:00): on-site video, Meta ads with a method, an in-house call centre 8 AM to 8 PM seven days, a front-end CRM with follow-up texts.
- Proof by trade (4:39): they say roofing $214, attic and crawl space $103, decks $236, electrical $207, HVAC $450, flooring $362, siding and remodels $640 per booked appointment.
- Who it is not for (5:21): cannot commit $5,000 a month for three months; solo owner with nobody to close.
- The ask (6:00): click the button, answer a few questions, under two minutes, book directly with me, no salesperson.
- Handles the price objection before it comes (6:26): our numbers are from Seattle, which is expensive; your market is probably cheaper.
- Scarcity (6:55): "I cap a few of these per week."
How the 21 minute training is built (/apply)
- Who it is for and who it is not for ($250K a month; "this is not a save your business helpline").
- Says out loud what he will not promise: no "500 appointments or you don't pay".
- The agenda on a slide, and "if you have heard enough, click the link below".
- Real accounts, market by market, with the bad parts left in.
- Why your last agency was good for two months and then fell off (same templates, same testimonials in every market, ads wear out faster in a local market).
- Why Meta and not more Google (Google runs out of people searching).
- Film, scale, build around your office. At least 10 ads filmed in person.
- Why now: first mover in a market gets the lowest cost.
- What you get, the timeline (live in 14 days), three months at a time.

The words, with times
0:00Home service operators I work with are closing fifty five thousand dollar roof replacements on an average of a two hundred fourteen dollar cost per booked appointment. Meanwhile their competitors are paying four hundred dollars to five hundred dollars and we're seeing the same gap in HVAC, in decks, in crawl spaces with electrical companies, siding companies, and flooring companies. If you run a home service company doing at least fifty k
The words, with times
0:23a month and you don't know your cost per booked appointment, give me six minutes I'm gonna show you the operating system that makes this kind of math possible. My name is Mark. I run Acoolo. We've installed this system for over forty home service companies for roofers, HVAC companies, painters, deck builders, fence companies, and remodelers.
The words, with times
0:43And here's what every single one of them had in common before working with us. They did not predictably know their cost per booked appointment. And without that number, you can't scale, you can only hope. But here's what changes when you actually know your cost per estimate. You can put a dollar in and know what comes out. You can predict next month's revenue. You can hire a salesperson with confidence because the
The words, with times
1:06math supports it. You can scale ad spend without just praying. Most operators are running on hope. Meanwhile, the ones who know their cost per estimate or cost per booked appointment are running serious businesses. Here's why most operators don't know this number. There's two main reasons and plus a third potential leak
The words, with times
1:27that often hits everyone. The first reason is you have not ran meta ads at all. You're only running Google, Yelp, Angie's List, these pay per click categories which all are just demand capture channels. And while you can measure cost per lead on those channels, if you just double your spend,
The words, with times
1:48you don't necessarily get the same results. It's not a lever that you can just push fully up or down because you could double your spend that there's still a fixed amount of demand in that in on those specific channels. So it's not like you're just getting more and more leads versus on Meta, you are generating net new leads. The second reason is maybe you are running some ads on Meta,
The words, with times
2:08but you're running the same strategy that you were running back in twenty twenty. You know, maybe it's some heavy AI content, maybe it's static images, boosted posts or I talked to some businesses that are running fifty million dollar a year businesses, but they have their nephew running the page and they're just running ads to a Google form with no pixel conditioning sending data back to Meta on who's actually a leader,
The words, with times
2:28who's actually a booked appointment. So I mean, you could just be paying for junk leads and you don't have anybody calling them fast enough to convert. And then the third reason you probably might not know your cost per booked appointment is you're not running Sirius call center. If you don't reach a new lead within sixty seconds, your close rate could drop in half. Then within an hour it drops by an additional eighty percent
The words, with times
2:50and your sales team isn't calling leads at nine PM on a Tuesday so even the good ones age out and then you blame the ads. So here's what we install instead. It's a four part system that all drives one key metric, a predictable and low cost per estimate or cost per booked appointment. So the first thing we do is we do on-site video
The words, with times
3:13content where we will send a videographer to your business, to your job site, film real footage with real customers, real jobs, not some just generic stuff and will create ad variations so that your creative never goes stale. The second part is we run meta ads with a real methodology. We run first offer led campaigns to feed the pixel
The words, with times
3:37with quality data, retargeting top of funnel in once we hit volume. If none of this makes sense, that's okay. We just take care of it fully for you. We do regular optimizations, optimize them cost per appointment, not just on cost per lead. And the third part that I don't know if anybody else is doing this,
The words, with times
3:57we were actually running an in house call center that works from eight AM to eight PM, seven days a week where new leads are being reached within sixty seconds. That's not within five minutes, within sixty seconds. We book estimates straight into your sales team's calendar and that way we're able to know not just your cost per lead but your total cost per booked appointment.
The words, with times
4:18And the fourth part is we build automations and we build a front end CRM for your business before it goes into your service titan or house call pro or jobber or whatever. We're building a front end CRM that's doing automation, SMS follow ups, appointment reminders, reactivation campaigns for old leads that might have, you know, said now is not the time and this is the thing that keeps
The words, with times
4:39everything together and drives down your cost per booked appointment over time. So here's what it looks like actually broken down across seven different home service industry types. For roofing, we're averaging a two hundred fourteen dollar cost per booked appointment. For attic and crawl space installation, we're averaging a hundred three dollar cost per booked appointment. For our deck builders, we're averaging a two hundred thirty six dollar cost per
The words, with times
5:01booked appointment. Electrical, two hundred seven dollars. For HVAC four hundred fifty dollar cost per booked appointment, flooring three hundred sixty two dollar cost per booked appointment, and siding exterior renovations and remodels six hundred forty dollar cost per booked appointment. This is significantly lower than what you'd be getting on just about every other marketing channel right now in home services.
The words, with times
5:21So who is this for? Before I tell you what to do next, I need to tell you who this is not for because this is not for everybody. If you can't commit to at least five thousand dollars a month in marketing spend for the next three months, the math makes it a little bit challenging to work. And if you have no way to close jobs, if it's just you, you're the only solo owner operator on the phone,
The words, with times
5:43we also may not be a good fit. However, if you are doing more than fifty thousand dollars a month and you have a bit of margin to invest, you're tired of guessing where next month's revenue is coming from, this is what I've built for you. Here's how this works. Below this video, you're gonna click a button, answer a few quick questions. It takes under two minutes.
The words, with times
6:03If it's a good fit, you'll book an appointment directly with me. No salesperson, just directly with me. Me and you are going to have a conversation, and we're going to figure out and create and diagnose exactly where the angle should be. We're gonna take a look at your market. We're gonna take a look at your competition. A lot of the numbers I shared are from the Seattle or Pacific Northwest markets where it's very competitive over here.
The words, with times
6:26So if you're in the Midwest, you're in the South, and you're seeing this and you're saying, hey, that seems a little bit expensive. There's a very high likelihood people are not spending two hundred thousand dollars a month or a hundred thousand dollars a month in your market like they are in ours. That being said, we're going to take a look at your competition. We're gonna see what offers are working. We're gonna see what's working in Google. We're gonna see what's working in Yelp, and we're gonna build a game plan custom for you
The words, with times
6:48that's going to allow you to dominate your local market via Meta. And if it's a good fit, we're gonna talk about working together. If not, you're going to have a very valuable time and a very clear picture of what your next moves are. I don't meet with people every day. The majority of my time, I'm working with my clients and so I cap a few of these per week. Click the link below if I have some calendar availability,

The words, with times
0:00If you're in a home service business doing around 250 k per month, this video is for you. What I'm gonna do is share exactly how we run meta ads that predictably book appointments for businesses, for brands. I'm sure you see a bunch of different marketing agencies, and share how we do things a little bit differently and how it's getting, you know, phenomenal results across HVAC, roofing, electrical companies, flooring companies, remodelers,
The words, with times
0:22focus on home service, local teams, local ads, not, you know, some generic stuff personalized to every single business we work with. Okay? So we're gonna help you run meta ads without having to hire videographers, without having to hire some internal media buyers, without having to hire a call center consultant, without having to bring in another marketing agency. Like, this is this is what we do.
The words, with times
0:42If you're working with another marketing agency already, that's fantastic. I'd highly encourage you to bring them some competition. This is a couple things, know, home service business owners have told me this summer. So I was burned by a lot of agencies in the past, very common. Another like home service business owner, HVAC company in Oklahoma, he said it probably took six to eight weeks to first get any numbers.
The words, with times
1:05And I had to go and pull the numbers myself or another person in the Seattle market. And they said, you know, I spent 19,000 in in a month and then 40 the next month, and the marketing agency just couldn't handle it. Okay? So this is some common things that we've been hearing across different businesses. Just, you know, in the last couple weeks, I talked to business owners every day. This is what people are telling Okay?
The words, with times
1:25So they've been burned by agencies. They can't really get clarity in terms of reporting, and they can't scale spend. So they hit ceilings in in terms of how much they spend, and then it just kinda caps out. So quick little thing before we go much further. This is for you if you're doing at least 250 k per month. You have people who can answer the phone and run appointments. You could put at least $300 a day into ads. If less than that,
The words, with times
1:46this is just not gonna be that interesting or it's just gonna be kind of slow. This is also for you if you wanna review one number weekly together. Not just gonna get sent to dashboard, we're just actually gonna jump on a call once a week and say, hey, here's where we're at, here's where we were before, and here's the action items that we're gonna do to improve. Okay? So that's what we do. This is not for you if you're under 250 k a month. So that means I know there's gonna be some people in the
The words, with times
2:08comments that are like, 250 k a month? Why would you ever need another marketing agency? But if you are at 250 k a month, you understand that you're just kinda getting started. Okay? Everybody everybody that is at that number understands that, hey, we can go further, we can push more, Now's the time to make this move. Okay? It's also not for you if you're capped out. You're at fulfillment capacity or you need a miracle in thirty days.
The words, with times
2:29Like, this is not a, hey, save your business helpline. Let's not let's not do that. You know, I'm I don't wanna be that guy for you. I've had those situations and it just ends bad for both of us. So I don't want that. Also, if we're already working with a competitor in your market, I don't want to work with you. Okay? So if you come in, you're like, hey, tell me the exact cost of a booked appointment in
The words, with times
2:50Jacksonville for roofing, and I'll be like, well, I don't have anybody in Jacksonville for roofing right now, so I can't tell you the exact cost of a booked appointment, and you're gonna be like, well, why not? Well, it's because I don't I'm not working with anybody there. So every market is a little bit different, every niche is a little bit different, but once we start working together, things clarify very quickly, numbers kind of shape up, shake out. If we have the exact numbers, I could share comparable markets,
The words, with times
3:11similar geographies, I can say, hey, here's what we're getting in Oklahoma, and here's what we're getting in North Carolina, or, you know, here's what we're getting in Seattle or something like that. But I can't say like, oh, here's exactly what we're getting in Saint Paul, Minnesota because we're not working there yet. So this is what I'm going to talk about in this video. First, I'm gonna share some results, just real numbers. It's not gonna stretch anything. Just just be honest. I know there's lot of market outages out here.
The words, with times
3:32They're like, 500 appointments in the next thirty days or you don't pay, but like, come on. What are we doing? Like, this is we're not gonna do a gimmick or some weird contract. I'm not trying to attract people who fall for these silly claims. I wanna work with serious business owners who understand the reality of these things, the reality of numbers, and the reality of return on ad spend and second order benefits. But anyways, so I'm going to cover real accounts.
The words, with times
3:53I'm going to cover why your last marketing agency was good for two months and then it fell off. And I'm going to talk about why Meta instead of just spending more on Google. I'm going talk about our system that we implement, filming, scaling, and building, typical numbers by market and where things could go wrong. I'm gonna talk about what you get, the timeline, and then, you know, the trade off if you do this in house. I'm going to talk about pricing and then defining what success
The words, with times
4:13looks like in writing before any payment is made, and then covering some questions. Okay? If you're like, okay, I've kind of heard enough. We're already, you know, a few minutes into this. You can just click the link below, fill out the application, you'll jump on with me. I don't have a sales team. If the calendar isn't available, it's because I'm not available. I might be meeting with clients. I might be, you know, doing something, but that calendar is meeting with me.
The words, with times
4:33You're not gonna jump on with the salesperson, okay? So this is, you know, a lot of home service business owners are very skeptical. Sounds like candy. This is this is something I heard. It sounds like candy who put it, you know, the orders in the gumdrop machine and I get rich. Know, I I don't know. I'll I'll believe it when I see it. And this makes sense, know, like every single marketing agency is gonna sound like, it's just like a a money printing machine and you feel
The words, with times
4:55very skeptical and that's that's very reasonable. Okay? But this is this is some some real numbers. Okay? I'm just making my head a little smaller here. $671,000 in forty four days for a roofing client. 264,000 HVAC replacement jobs. 357 HVAC leads at $31 as a CPL over ninety days. A $154 cost per booked appointment for our concrete co guy.
The words, with times
5:16We're running across 70 different businesses, generating thousands of leads, managing, you know, over $1,000,000 per month in ad spend. We wanna work with less people but bigger. Again, all these numbers, like, every single marketing agency has phenomenal case studies, and they can, like, really cherry pick. But we jump on a call. Can show you the exact ads manager, break down our live Slack chats. I wanna be super public with other people's stuff because I don't wanna give anything to their competition.
The words, with times
5:38Okay. Here's our client in Oklahoma City. So they spent $800, generated 18 leads, $46 CPL, six of those leads booked, $137 average cost per booked appointment. This is our North Star. And then on their second day, they closed 21,000. He actually texted me this weekend. They just closed at 34,000, 35,000, something like that. I'm hoping it'll be my third marketing company, the third time's a charm if you're spending 10 k a month for months.
The words, with times
6:00So this is HVAC in particular. Like, we know the plays. We know the playbook to run for HVAC businesses. We know what books appointments. We know that for roofers. We know that for bathroom remodelers, etcetera. Like, we're not generic stuff. This is somebody we ran in Spokane, you know, $69 average cost of booked appointment. This is this is something worth mentioning where your cost of booked appointment will be very variable depending on who else
The words, with times
6:20is running ads in your market and how competitive it is. Because if it is if there's nobody else right now that's spending seriously, meeting over 15,000, it's now's the time. Like, now's the time to move on this. Like, it's I almost plead with you to make action on even if you don't work with me, just run ads with somebody because you're gonna see some phenomenal results. Anyways, let's keep pushing. So this is Charlotte.
The words, with times
6:42About six months in, $322 cost per deployment. We're actually increasing on ROAS. And then oftentimes, we hear this so much, like, on Google, you're just hitting saturations of spend where you're spending $50,000 a month on Google, and it's just not getting great ROAS, that is much better. So here's a couple just other pieces of evidence because I know everybody's very skeptical. So roofer, okay, we closed $33,000 job,
The words, with times
7:02$43,000 job as metal roofs authorizing increases in spend. Okay. We booked our few, you know, first few jobs. There's so much evidence, and oftentimes what our constraints become is call center capacity and sales team capacity. These are two common constraints. It's not the other stuff where it's like, we can't get appointments. We can get leads when we get appointments. And then the next step is like, we increase the size of our call center to be able to
The words, with times
7:23handle more appointments? And then can we increase the size of our sales team? And we can help with that as well. Just seen it happen a bunch. Hopefully, that's some evidence for you as to why this works. There's gonna be some stuff on the page too. But also, why us versus a different marketing agency? Why did the last marketing agency not pan out, but something's gonna be different about this? Okay? Very valid question. So most marketing agencies, there's two ways of doing this, really.
The words, with times
7:46You run generic stuff. You don't really take time, go deep with every account, and so you just kinda churn and burn next client in, next client out, next client in, next client out. Okay? And you just run just kinda whatever. Like, you don't really spend time in the accounts. You don't really spend time trying to make good creative. You're like, hey, send us the agency will say, hey, send me some videos or something. And you're like, what the heck am I supposed to do?
The words, with times
8:07Send you some videos? What are you talking about? I run an HVAC business, I run a plumbing business. So you like, you want me to be a creative person? And like, yeah, you know, of your sales stuff, and you know, some stuff that works, but like they just kind of treat it like that. Or they run the same generic stuff for everybody. So like you're an HVAC business and everybody can copy your ads and everybody can copy their ads. They use some generic AI actors, they use some generic images, and then just plug and play, copy paste.
The words, with times
8:30And guess what? That stuff works for, like, the first two months of running ads, and then it saturates. And everyone's like, nah. I kinda get what's going on. Then you realize, like, I have a siding guy in my market. I actually have four four of them running the same exact ads with the same exact AI actors. Okay? And people are like, woah. Like, why did why did ads stop working? It's like, well, when they're fresh, yeah, the market's like, oh, this is interesting.
The words, with times
8:50Who's this testimonial from this person that looks like Bill down the street? But then they're like, wait. Why is Bill giving a testimonial for this company and this company and this company and this company? And you realize it's all, you know, a scam. Anyways, with us, it's going to be different, and I and I'll tell you exactly how. So we're not gonna do generic stuff. So month one is good. Month two, it stalls. Why? Meta changed the algorithm. Creatives fatigue a lot faster.
The words, with times
9:11What does this mean? Your videos and your images on your local markets, they'll run out a lot quicker, so you need a lot more creative volume than what most agencies were the plug and play model they were running in the past. Okay? So three ads, they can run out in weeks unless you spend tiny money. Unless you spend $20 a day, $30 a day, $50 a day, you could be fine with this. But we're not trying to work with people who are spending tiny money.
The words, with times
9:32We wanna work with accelerators, people we could scale with. Okay? So the old marketing agency, they can't make new creatives every month, or it's not financially beneficial for them because they're just running the same playbook. They're just churning in a new client, churning out a new client, churning in a new client. So it doesn't financially make sense for them to take the time on editing or creative production or all these things that we do. So another downside to this, anybody can run this.
The words, with times
9:52You could just jump into their ad account, copy paste the exact same thing. Okay? And honestly, like, you're a like, start if you're, you know, 500 k, maybe a million per year, you know, you're just kinda getting going, owner doing sales, maybe you could use the generic agency. They're gonna charge you, you know, $2,500 a month or something, and it's just gonna be plug and play, rinse and repeat. Then it's gonna get you a good couple months or could get you
The words, with times
10:13could get few months if you're in an easy market. It's another challenge. Okay? Whenever we turn up ad spend, CPL goes sky high, so we can't, you know, grow at at the pace that we want. Okay? What happens is, like, your the ads you run for this, for the pocket when you spend, you know,
The words, with times
10:33$10 a month, $15 a month, those same ads, when you start spending $30.40, 50, it doesn't just translate over with a direct linear thing. You need more ads. You need more creative volume. You need to hit new pockets. It's not just the, you know, just turn up the lever and then we're good. You need more creative volume to be able to handle the higher ad spend. Next thing. Okay. Why not just spend more on Google?
The words, with times
10:54If you're here, I would assume that you are spending on Google. You are spending on Yelp. You are spending on Angie's List. You are spending on LSA. You have over a 100 Google reviews. Okay? You understand all that stuff and you take it seriously. That is my plea, you know? Hopefully you're you're doing that, okay? But on those channels, it's all demand capture. There's a fixed audience, okay? Let me make myself bigger so you can see my hands. There's a fixed audience. There's like this many people who are searching roofer near
The words, with times
11:15me or HVAC placement near me and you're competing with all the private equity guys in that same little audience versus meta, there's a much bigger audience. It's a much earlier stage in the funnel and you can hit those people earlier. Okay? Also at the same time, you're building brand. It's like watching commercials. It's like looking at a billboard. It's like seeing a flyer. This this is what Meta allows you to do. It's like your digital door knocking. You're getting out there and you're saying, hey.
The words, with times
11:36Check out my stuff. Get a new system. Get a new HVAC replacement. Get a new fence, etcetera. So this is what we do, and hopefully you're still with me and you're not falling asleep yet. But what we do is we will film your ads. So we work with local videographers all across the country. We don't fly people out. That's that's ridiculous. We work with local videographers. So wherever you're at, we we have the network, and we make sure they're good. We give them a full SOP and playbook in terms of how they should film you.
The words, with times
11:59We're gonna film at least 10 in person physical ads at your job site, at your place, and then we take those ads. Again, nobody can copy these. Your other marketing agency down the street is not going to do this. Okay? And even if they do, they can't put you on camera. Right? Nobody can copy you in that regard. Nobody can copy this video I'm making right now. I mean, I guess you can with, like, AI and crazy stuff, but unless you look exactly like me and you use my brand
The words, with times
12:21and my shirt and my colors and all this stuff, but, like, other than that, you're not gonna be able to copy me. So that's the first thing we do. We're gonna film your ads. We're gonna do at least 10 in person on-site. Then we're actually going to increase your spend. It's not like we're just gonna turn it on, set it, and forget it and say, hey. Let's check-in in three months. No. We're gonna check-in on a weekly basis and say, hey. Let's spend more. Let's increase. Let's scale as long as cost of appointment is healthy and ROAS is healthy.
The words, with times
12:44If those things are good, then we wanna grow with you. We don't wanna keep things stagnant. Alright? We're not just trying to Coast. We're trying to grow. And then we're gonna also gonna build your funnels and your systems based on your team's capacity. If you don't have a call center, we can help shape that with you. We also have our own call center that we book for over 40 different clients, but my recommendation is you don't depend on us for your call center because why?
The words, with times
13:05Our clients that are doing $203,040.50, 60,000,000 a year, they have their own call centers. And guess what? We want you to become like that customer rather than just be dependent on us forever. Okay? We want you to shape into that. We'll help build that out. We'd make custom landing pages. We don't just run generic lead forms, custom landing pages, custom funnels to each business, to each offer. It's it's more work. It's more work than the plug and play agency,
The words, with times
13:26but it does work. So that's why we do it. And then we review this on a weekly basis, ten fifteen minute call. You can take it from your phone, you can take it from your car, and we're just gonna talk numbers, write a recap, action items, next steps, boom. When we film, it's going to be videography at your job sites, your crews, your trucks, your brand. Nothing generic, no AI slop, we're not gonna create fake influencers or whatever. Real human beings, okay?
The words, with times
13:47We're gonna launch at least 10 ads minimum. Depending on your spend, we there was somebody two and a half weeks ago, we launched with a 120 ads. That doesn't need to be your case, but they're a unique circumstance. Anyways, we're gonna make it look like your business, local, and it's also gonna be exclusive. Okay? Within fifty miles of of where you're at. Right? We don't need to just pull in as many clients as possible. We wanna work with less people longer, so we're gonna exclusive for you.
The words, with times
14:08Another thing is we're gonna run lead optimized campaigns. Okay? And then we're gonna feed the pixel back data on who's actually becoming appointments. We're gonna run ads for financing, price transparency. I talk about payment, not just price. And then once we're have some volume in there, we're gonna introduce retargeting and remarketing to the past audience that didn't book. Okay? And we're going to optimize everything around appointments, not just cost per lead.
The words, with times
14:28There's a lot of people who like to talk about cost per lead. Cost per lead is a vanity metric. Cost of appointment is what actually matters. It's your real sales opportunity, real shot on goal. And then, you know, third thing to do, we're gonna build custom funnels designed for your business. We're gonna see where is your CSR team? Where is your call center at? If they're strong, we're just gonna push more volume to them. And you're say, hey. Just give me the lowest possible CPL. We'll handle set rate. Okay?
The words, with times
14:50If it's a weaker office, hey. We're gonna introduce some more friction. Hey. We only have two people on staff. We wanna spend, you know, 50 k a month. Hey. It's okay. We'll introduce more friction to make sure your call center is able to handle higher quality but less leads. We understand cost per lead is gonna be a little bit higher, but again, cost per lead is vanity. We wanna focus on cost of appointment.
The words, with times
15:10And then we're familiar with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, GHL, all these things. This is probably the most compelling case for why now. I I talked to somebody in in Northern California, they're getting $100, $200 cost to book appointment for HVAC replacements with an average ticket of $17,000 Come on people. This is all HVAC replacements by the way. $169 in Spokane, 197 in Oklahoma City, $3.22 in Charlotte, $5.14
The words, with times
15:30in Seattle. I'm based in Seattle. We have a lot of people running ads here. In your market, if you're the first mover, your cost of appointment is the lowest it'll be if you're the first mover. When other people start catching on, they'll be like, why is this company growing so much? What are they doing? Your cost of appointment starts to rise and you need to diversify against some other channels. Alright? But you wanna be the first mover, you wanna be the highest spender. Here's how things go wrong, and and this is how, you know,
The words, with times
15:51some accounts could actually die. And we've seen this, and this is why we're targeting them saying, hey, I wanna work with businesses that are doing 250,000 per month, like $23,000,000 plus per year, is because you have a call center, you could book appointments, you understand these things, okay? And we're not gonna blame the ads just because we can't get a hold of leads, that is a variable. I'm going to be crystal clear,
The words, with times
16:11that is a variable and we can make adjustments on that front. But that being said, we wanna have call centers. We wanna help you with your call center if you don't have one. Then other thing is, like, people can't sell with financing. Consumers don't buy on price, especially a lot in a lot of home service verticals. They buy on payment. You could see this in the mortgage industry. Why was twenty twenty one, twenty two such a hot time in the market? It's not like housing got super cheap.
The words, with times
16:32It's because payments got super cheap. In the same way, consumers are still purchasing on payments. So it's very common for people to win a lot with financing. Actually, anybody who's doing over 20,000,000 a year, about over 50% of their jobs are closed with financing. And the thing is, like, we spend too little. We don't do scenario. We don't wanna just sit in this weird spot. We're just like kind of testing in a $100 a day,
The words, with times
16:52just kind of slow. We want it. We wanna hit it hard. We wanna hit it fast. At least come on $203,100 bucks a day. That's 6 to $9 a month. 15, if we can handle it. You know, you got a couple sales guys, 15 is definitely doable. If have multiple sales teams, let's start with 30. If you have a call center, let's do that. Anyways, another thing is like overreactions on the first month. We need at at forty five days.
The words, with times
17:13Now there are you can get results in the first day or two for sure. But like for us to really start seeing some compound benefits of these these things, like, we don't wanna be like, oh, it's not working, you know, in one week. Like, come on. Like, we're we're let's crack it together. You know, let's not the eject button too early. Alright? K. This is what the process looks like. So first week, we do onboarding, and we film your content in the first week.
The words, with times
17:33We script it. We understand where you're at. We under make a game plan, make a flow, script your ads, film your ads. Then And we're editing, building out, you know, connecting to your CRM. We try to go live within fourteen days. Alright? Then, typically, after one week of being live, we'll jump on a call. We'll start reviewing the statistics, early metrics together, solving any any initial problems we might be seeing.
The words, with times
17:54And then weekly, we're gonna be reviewing on a very regular basis. We like to work three months at a time. Yeah. Here's what you get. Videography at your job sites quarterly, and you get to keep every single asset we create. It's gonna be at least 10 ads plus fresh batches on a schedule. You get our media buying team. Again, we're managing a lot of money, at least more than most home service marketing agencies are. We're not trying to play small, we wanna play big custom funnels, and then, you know,
The words, with times
18:16coordinate with your CRM situation. It always gets a little bit personal on that side. And then weekly, we're reviewing cost of appointment, pulling on the CRM, pulling the metrics, we're checking, you know, appointment set rate, close rate, cost per lead, cost of appointment. We review that weekly with you. And then everything is owned by you. This is all your stuff. You gotta keep it forever. It's all your brand. This is typically what we start at 4,500 a month. It's our lowest package, but this is typically what we do.
The words, with times
18:39If you wanna add it in call center or some other stuff, prices could could vary. But this is a, in my view, very reasonable deal. And I'm sharing a price here now just so people are not, like, shocked. And if you've made it this far, you've gotten to understand some of the value. This is separate from ad spend. It's a three month term. This is a legitimate, you know, give it a real real shot. We're not doing rev shares. We're not doing lead plus.
The words, with times
19:00We wanna be paid enough that we don't need to focus on acquiring a 100 new customers and just getting get rich quick. We wanna build something long term, but we also want to hire or keep very high quality and premium staff, be able to manage your account on a weekly basis, don't get too slow, don't, you know, fall apart, you know, if we get too many clients, things like that. And so we'd rather work with less people, do it better.
The words, with times
19:21So if you have somebody else that says they'll do it for $202 a month, it's fantastic. I'm sure, you know, they're not gonna film your content. They're gonna do some stock AI stuff, and they're gonna wanna run the same template for you. I don't know. I just I can open an ad account and I don't know exactly which marketing agency is running it just because everything looks exactly the same. Other people, know, just shared leads or they might be like,
The words, with times
19:41why don't we just do just cost per lead or whatever? We wanna be incentivized with you to grow. We wanna be long term. Okay? Just on a cost per lead basis, then it's kind of like a purely transactional interaction. Of course, this is a transaction. We won't demonstrate value to you, but I mean, if somebody can offer you $2 a month, good luck, God bless, contact me in two months. By the way, I used to price at $22 a month, and I made mistakes, and we got spread too thin,
The words, with times
20:02and we worked with too many people, and now we're like, it's not good. Okay. This is something else that I like. Let's be very clear numerically on what is success and what is not success. So we are on the same page of are we on goal, are we off goal. Okay. Crystal clear. Let's get on the same exact page on this before we run any ads, before we launch anything. Let's define what is success. If this was interesting to you, I applaud your patience.
The words, with times
20:24I remember the last time I sat through a video this long, unless you watch it on double speed like I probably would. Hit the link below. You can meet directly with me, the salesperson on the call. If you sat through all this, I'm not gonna repitch you. We're just literally gonna look at your market. We're gonna look at your industry. We're gonna see, hey, depending on who's running ads, how much are they spending? We're gonna make some predictions on that. And then we're gonna say how much do you need to spend to kind of win in your market? What's the messaging?
The words, with times
20:45What's the ad thing, those that we're gonna do for you. Look forward to meeting with you. Thank you so much for your time. Really appreciate it. Best of luck out there. Keep crushing it.

I always look into the company before I chose them. That when I chose Afula it seemed like there was a lot of people getting a a lot of good results.

Ivan, how are you doing today? Doing all right, doing all right. So, you know, how has working with the cooler been for you?
0:15It's been amazing. I've really enjoyed it. It's definitely something I wasn't expecting when researching marketing companies. The few companies that we've been looking into was all just over zoom, no contact with anybody, you don't have that like Off-person meetings that you pan with a cooler. Uh Biggest factor for us is that
0:38The truss wasn't built initially and all of them were just trying to sell Direct and try and push you to sign and sign and sign and sign, but it didn't make sense because we didn't see the turnaround with. all that they were doing. What would you say to somebody looking for a marketing company? Definitely give them a call, figure out.
0:56What is working in the market? What's going to work for you? Don't just shoot blind. sit down and talk with them. Rather than having a marketing company giving you a whole sales pitch. and trying to sell you right on the spot. The relationship is probably the most important thing, especially coming from a business owner. You don't have that relationship, it's just gonna hit the bam.

0:00This new flooring business owner came to us as a new business making no money. Four months later, they made 150,000 in gross revenue. In this video, I'm going to show you exactly how they did it. My name is Mark Shook. I help home service contractors generate consistent leads using Meta Ads. Today, I'm going to share the entire campaign we ran, the creative, the targeting, the lead form, and details on the metrics of the follow-up system. Most importantly, I'm going to share the results that this all generated. So, let's start at the beginning. This person had just opened a brand new business one month before coming to us. They were a brand new flooring business specializing in
The words, with times
0:32residential installs, refinishing, repairs, but like most new contractors, they had zero lead flow. They came in with no referral network, no established customer base, and no marketing system whatsoever. But the owner knew he could do great work. They had the skills, the team, the drive. They're also good at sales. But he was stuck in that classic new business trap where you're amazing at the craft, but you have no idea how to get customers consistently. He couldn't start a brand new business on just hope. He needed a system that would predictably generate leads week after week. This is where most home service business owners are stuck. They can
The words, with times
1:03install beautiful floors, but they can't generate leads. They're betting their entire business on word of mouth when in some cases that word of mouth doesn't even exist yet. If you want us to build this entire system for you, the videos, the creative, the scripts, the targeting, the lead forms, the follow-up systems, click the first link in the description of this video. But first, let me run through the system we built for this flooring business. The first thing we did was we put the business owner on camera, gave them scripts that were honest and authentic, not trying to just talk about who's the cheapest or the fastest, but that they operate with integrity. They share their personality.
The words, with times
1:35They were sharing that they were Christians, which resonated with their local market and the people who were also Christians, they wanted to work with somebody like that. Idea is anybody can compete, anybody can run ads, anybody can start a business, but nobody can be you. So, what we try to do is we try to accelerate business owners and put them on camera and have them be authentically themselves. Because at the end of the day, people will work with people from the actual ad after people would see the video. They'd fill out a form. This wouldn't be a form just to get their contact info. We actually running a lead form that says, "Hey, how soon do you want to upgrade your floors?
The words, with times
2:06Is it ASAP? In the next month, in the next 3 months, you're not sure, you're just curious." This will immediately help the business owner understand, is this person serious? And it could help prioritize those who are serious and filter out those who aren't. What type of material would you want? LVP, laminate, hardwood, carpet. From there, then we're asking square footage ranges. That way, when this lead comes in, they'll have a pretty detailed amount of information along with the person's contact info, first, last name, email, phone number, zip code, along with how soon do they want to get started. What the homeowner gets as a result is a ballpark price, a quick range of, hey,
The words, with times
2:37the flooring job could range between this to this. And what happens is we're actually trading. We're running what's called a lead magnet, which says, "Hey, in exchange for your contact info, I'm going to give you a price range." And people are willing to make that trade. Rather than just saying, "Hey, get a quote." We're saying, "Find out a price range." We're giving a better offer than just get a quote. For our targeting, we focused on homeowners aged 30 plus in very specific highinccome area radiuses. This was specific enough to avoid those tire kickers, people who are just curious on price, targeting the areas that could actually afford high quality
The words, with times
3:08work. The creative, meaning the video and the script, is actually what makes or breaks a campaign. We tested multiple different angles before we landed on the winner. What made this creative work was authenticity. It's the actual business owner on camera, the same guy that was going into the house and talking to the customers and giving the quote. They came across as caring and doing right by customers, not just somebody trying to make a quick buck. They were authentically themselves and positioning themselves with instant trust [music] in their market. There are other ad formats that we tested and this optimization process took a few weeks, but that's what we do for our clients so they don't have to figure it out by themselves.
The words, with times
3:40These are the actual results that generated $150,000 in gross revenue. We generated 115 leads at a $21 cost per lead. Industry standard could go between $70 to $80, sometimes up to 200 if you're not using good creative. That's much less than most home service business owners pay. Of those 115 leads, about 20 25% were actually booked to appointments. But here's the best part. 10 of those leads actually ended up closing with a 40% close rate of the estimates. The average job was about 15K. Total gross profit was about 150. Net profit about 70,000. That's about a
The words, with times
4:1112x return on the total investment in ads and our services. But the real transformation wasn't just the numbers. It's a business owner who is starting up going from zero, but now they have a predictable system that generates leads on a daily basis. This system runs on their ad account, not ours. So if they stop working with us, they keep everything. As you can see, this isn't magic. This is just a system. It's ad creative that builds trust, a lead form that legitimately qualifies prospects, and then follow-up systems that book appointments, messaging that resonates with ideal customers. Most of our clients see their first lead within 7 to 10 days and close their first job within
The words, with times

0:00If you're a home service business owner, you've probably heard that Facebook ads don't work for contractors, but you should just stick with Google or Yelp. Well, the people that are telling you this are wrong. Facebook ads work incredibly well for home service businesses, but only if you set them up the right way. My name is Mark Dook. I help home service contractors build lead generating systems using meta ads. We've helped electricians, HVAC companies, bathroom remodels get consistent lead flow. Today I'm going to walk through the exact Facebook ad setup we use step by step so by the end of it you know how to set up ads that actually generate leads for your business. Most of our
The words, with times
0:31clients they see their first leads within 7 to 10 days of setting this up correctly. What we recommend is putting business owners themselves on camera. What it does is it creates an emotional connection with the prospective prospect. They can see the person that they're potentially going to work with. Ideally, if it's not the business owner, it's the head of sales. It's a sales rep. It's an estimator. The purpose of this is that it's not just a generic person, but it's actually going to help your conversion rates by the same person that actually goes into the house or does the estimate or does the bid is the same person that the person sees in the
The words, with times
1:03ad. We are trying to make as much of a shortcut to trust as possible. And homeowners, they want to know who's actually going to come into their home. What would happen often times is we'd run an ad with somebody. That person would then respond to the homeowner and then say, "Oh, you're the guy from the video." That's exactly the response we want. That's ideal. Now, I know not everybody can be on camera. Not everybody is comfortable on camera. This is just what converts the best. If it's not possible, we typically can find a solution. A common problem people make when creating their ads is they make it all about themselves. Hey, this is Bob
The words, with times
1:34and I, as Bob, I do such an amazing job doing full home remodels. Look at how great I did this job. Look at how great I The thing is, people care not about your success, your ability. And while that does help them in working with you, they first and foremost care about their own problems. So, the best thing to do is start with a problem. Start with a pain point. Start with some sort of issue. That's how you want to script your ad. But before you get into the full script, it's extremely important to do a market call out that hits the specific audience before going into the meat of your ad. The reason for this is
The words, with times
2:06what it'll do is it'll filter anybody who it's irrelevant for. So, if I say, "Hey, Seattle homeowners, if I'm not a homeowner in Seattle, ad should not resonate with me." And therefore the ad will then find a different pocket of prospective people that would actually resonate with Seattle homeowners, Tacoma homeowners, Lynwood homeowners, whatever it is. You make the market call out the first thing you say and then you go into the pain. Then you say, "We have like an electrician. He says, "Hey, your lights are flickering. It's a really stormy season. You're not sure if your power is going to stay on, your microwave is
The words, with times
2:37going to run." That is a perfect example where it's like market call out, customer pain, and then you're solved. That's how I would do it. That's how I'd script it and that's how we do it for our clients. All right. So, what you would do here is you would go into your ad account into your ads manager and hit create on a new campaign. Make the objective leads. I like to name it based on whatever you know campaign we're running. You can start complicated, but I will just give like a simple overview for now. Campaign budget, adset budget. If you're running one ad, it doesn't matter. If you start running multiple ads, you can push spend to those
The words, with times
3:09specific ads. If you want just Meta to handle the entire campaign, you could just run a campaign budget. Daily budget for home services completely depends on the market that you're in and your offer and your price point. Realistically, on like, let's say you're a home remodeler in the Seattle area, it's going to be like close to about $100 per lead. We have some people at like $15 in some demos. In some markets, we have some people at $50. Past $100, you're starting to get a bit expensive in our area. And then other markets are generally cheaper than the Seattle area
The words, with times
3:40in which I'm in. People can start on 20 to $30 a day and typically they'll get their first lead on 20 to $30 a day. We recommend $30 to 50 to start. Just learn a little bit faster, especially if you're doing one ad. You can create your new lead campaign. Then you'd have your ad set. This is where you'd have your actual conversion location. A lot of small businesses, they don't have the capacity to set up their own websites and landing pages. So, Instant Forms is going to be your go-to thing. This is Instant Forms. We want to maximize the number of leads that we're getting. You
The words, with times
4:11could also maximize the number of conversion leads. That'll just slow things down. Those people more likely to convert. But when you're starting off, it's important that you just get traction, get the ball rolling, get somebody in the door because when you start from zero, it's very, very hard. Budget. I typically like to run a campaign for about 14 days just to make sure it's running well. And I don't want to run it for eternity if it's not doing well. Now, this next portion is going to be extremely important. And if you've ever experienced it where you are getting ads from people who run local businesses, but they're in completely
The words, with times
4:43different states, this is why that's happening. Meta turns this thing on called Advantage Plus audiences. This means you want to reach anybody who would engage with this ad. And it's fantastic if you're running like an e-commerce business. But let's say I am in the Seattle area. What I would like to do is typically high-income zip codes or you could just do radius targeting. But let's just go Seattle, the city. And then you could pick, you know, how far out do we want to drive? If you do this pin, it'll also reach people out there. Something Meta has been doing recently, it's people living in or recently in
The words, with times
5:14this location. This is challenging. We're not going to reach people more likely to respond. And then it's going to be, oh, your campaign is bad. No, it might be bad for like an e-commerce store, but we're not running ads for e-commerce businesses. Also want to further limit the reach of our ads. This sounds so scary, but it's actually not. ages. We like to go 35 plus here because in our area, in our market, that's the people who are most likely homeowners. Median age of a first-time home buyer right now is I think 39 or 40. We want people who are homeowners, not children. Area could do radius. Zip codes is also
The words, with times
5:45something we like to do. We also like to run an exclusion audience. This is including, but we also just want to make sure cuz sometimes meta will automatically turn on targeting in other states like without any warning or you pause a campaign, turn it back on, it'll just put default settings on. So the what we like to do is we also like to make sure we have exclusions on where you will have every other state will not be included. So let's just say states and then you know Oregon, Idaho. I'm just going to do this as an example. So what's going to happen is nobody in Oregon and Idaho now should be getting this ad even they've recently been in
The words, with times
6:17this location. A problem is like you got the holidays, people travel in, someone flies in from Oregon, then they come back and then they fill out your lead form even though you can't serve them if they're in Boise when you're in Seattle. In terms of other targeting, in terms of like preferences, interest that used to matter a lot on meta is semi meaningless now. And we were going to let our ad script do a lot of the targeting. Placements. Placements matter quite a bit. We want to turn off the audience network. This is like going on other websites where Meta would position ads. Want to exclude these. There's a couple other things we want to exclude here.
The words, with times
6:48Facebook typically converts a little bit better for some services than Instagram. Instagram will work a little bit better for purely visual. depends on the strategy. Now, this is where the fun stuff happens. So, ideally, you have a video, you'd upload that video. In terms of the creative multi-advertiser ads, this is if I don't know if you ever experienced this on like stories, for example, you'll get four ads in a row. This will include you in one of those four ads. The benefit is you'll reach more people. The downside is now you get side by side with someone who's like tap tap tap tap trying to get through it. Setting up the creative. So, we can
The words, with times
7:19upload a video here. Let's do this one. So, this is a video we made. You can crop it. It'll adjust based on platform that you're on or viewpoint sometimes. Tacoma business owners, if you're still see, that's that looks weird. My head gets cropped. So, what we could do is waiting on referrals. Or we can force the original, which is just this, and it'll have black lines on the side. It's actually better. Text. Use chat dp for a lot of this stuff. What's the primary text, what's the headline? A lot of this stuff really matters. How people hook, the words that they see. This stuff
The words, with times
7:50really matters in terms of your conversion rates. And sometimes you can run two of the exact same ad, change the wording a little bit and it spikes the enhancements. This stuff is fun. Meta loves doing a bunch of random AI stuff right now. Edit your video, edit your text. So you get a lot of really weird ads. It's good just to turn off all of this. Otherwise, you can get some strange results. Now you got your headline, your description, then your call to action. You're running more offer based. You do get offer, get a quote, learn more. All these work for home service businesses in particular. Yeah, that's basically the initial
The words, with times
8:22setup. But then this is one of the most important parts of the whole experience is like the actual form questions you ask and the amount of questions you ask and the frequency volume. Let's just go cool instant form. And let's say you know hypothetically we're running an HVAC business. There's like this intro option where right now Meta is like allowing you to use a lot of intro stuff, trust signals, womanowned or whatever. Like you can add in a ton of this different stuff. I've noticed it just reduces conversion rate. And the best thing is just to go straight into a
The words, with times
8:53multiplechoice question. Now, in terms of multiple choice questions, you can go conditional logic. Hypothetically, it'd be something like some sort of AB question. Are you a home owner in the Seattle area? Yes. No. Conditional logic. Close the form for the nos because then it's just going to kick people out. We don't want to work with people who don't match this demo. Then it will go to the next question. I need to create another question. We'd say, "What type of HVAC service you looking
The words, with times
9:24for?" It's always best, especially with low budgets, to start multiplechoice, start minimal questions because again, you need volume. You need some sort of traction. If you add too much friction from the jump, you're not going to get any leads in on spending something like 30, 50 bucks a day. If you spend high volume from the jump, yes, you can get leads and you could add friction, but I don't recommend that from the beginning. from the beginning. Let's just make it as easy as possible. Let's not make our consumers think. Let's just kind of get them through the process. What HVAC service are you looking for? So, you can add these different questions. Write it
The words, with times
9:55up here. Please answer the question. This is the beauty of Facebook Instant Forms is because it's going to autofill this info and it'll allow you to get leads as cheaply as possible. Now, there are some downsides to autofill where it's like they are less serious because it's pre-filled. You can again add more friction. If somebody puts an open text box and says like, "What's the meaning of life?" Now you have to answer that question to finish the form. You can understand a lot of people are going to get stuck right here cuz it's wa what is the meaning of life? Like I need to really think about this. What I noticed is a lot of people like to start like what service are you looking for? And yeah, they can write it in and that'll improve your lead quality. You won't get
The words, with times
10:27nearly as much volume from the beginning. Privacy policy, you can add one here meta getting your info and giving you permission to talk to these people. Get the contact info. You could add stuff like city or zip code. We like to do zip code just to make it easy. And then end pages. This is where you can get really creative and we run some pretty creative options here on end pages where we might have 20 different end pages. If somebody is like wanting a price quote, we can build out a whole calculator and get price quotes and like instant bids. That's a fantastic method for preframing potential customers to
The words, with times
10:59understand, oh, how much does an HVAC system actually cost? How much does a bathroom remodel actually cost? How much does this service actually cost? Okay, I know. And bad fits are going to get filtered out. Good fits will be more engaged. So when you actually reach out to them, then your conversion rate is higher. That's a cool option that we like to do here. Now, from here, Facebook does not do a great job of notifying you once a lead actually fills out your form. What we like to do is we like to set up a couple connections to a Slack account to go high level to email just to make sure that you know that the leads are actually coming in and you
The words, with times
11:31have access to contact them immediately. Now, another service we offer is we can contact these leads for you and set the appointments for you. That makes the job a lot easier because getting the leads honestly up to this point is not that hard. The more challenging portion is once the leads come in now to book them and turn them into actual estimates scheduled and that's a little bit more of the challenging part. And that's where we see a lot of people fall off cuz like leads come in, you try them one time, they didn't work out again, this person's never heard of you in their entire life and then you're expecting them to stop what they're doing and care. There's a very very small subset
The words, with times
12:03of people at any given moment that immediately need your service. A lot of people are expecting is that to be the same exact result? No. The actual money is in the follow-up. Check in, follow up again until these people either say, "Yes, I need your service or no, I don't." One of the two. If it's open, if it's a question, it's probably not a good fit. You could directly chat with the people on your platform and then go from there. That's essentially how you'd set it up. You'd hit publish. You might run into some snags. Your billing might hit some issues. That's all kind of part of the process, especially if it's a brand new ad account. As you can see, running Facebook ads isn't that complicated. You can set up your first
The words, with times
12:35campaign using what I showed you. Start with a small budget, test a few hooks, and follow up the leads that you get. But if you want us to handle the whole system for you so you don't have to go through all this, you don't need a videographer, you don't need a script writer, you don't need to figure all this out. We can take care of it for you. Hit the link down below, shoot me a message, we'll be happy to help you. See you in the next video.

0:00There are only three ways to get leads for your home service business. Three, referrals, organic, and paid ads. That's it. Every home service business owner is either doing one of these or doing none of them, and wondering why their phone isn't ringing. My name is Mark Zuck. I help home service contractors build lead genen systems using meta ads. And today, I'm breaking down all three ways to get leads, how they work, what they cost, how long they take, and which one gets you the results the fastest. Without wasting any more time, let's get right into it. Referrals are how most contractors get started. Good work leads to word of mouth. It's free and the
The words, with times
0:31leads already trust you. The problem is you can't control it. You can't wake up on a slow week and decide to just go get more referrals. It doesn't work like that. This creates a feast or famine cycle. One month you're slammed and the next month your phone goes completely quiet. You can't plan, can't hire, you're just reacting. Referrals are a great bonus, but they're terrible as a strategy. [music] If you want to skip the 6 to 12 month wait and start generating leads within days, click the first link in the description to see how I work with home service business owners. The second option is organic search. This means
The words, with times
1:02Google, Yelp, your Google business profile. People search electrician near me and then you show up. The benefit of this is that once you rank, leads come in without paying any money for ads. The downside is this process takes 6 to 12 months to build and you're competing with every home service business owner in the area who already started before you. So the people who already have thousand 2,000 reviews, you're going to try to compete with them. But if you need leads this month, organic search isn't going to help you. Paid ads means you get in front of people who need your service right now. The benefit to this
The words, with times
1:33speed. You can launch today. We get leads within your first week. Most of our clients see their first lead within 7 to 10 days. Another benefit is you actually have leverage on this. You need more work, you can turn up your ads append. You're totally booked out. You can raise prices. You can be a little bit more selective on which clients you take on. You can hire more. The key is you have a system that you actually own. You have ads that run on your account and you keep everything. When we work with you, the leads don't stop when you stop working with us. We set up a system that you get to keep. We've helped electricians book $15,000 generator jobs. We've helped niche home service
The words, with times
2:05businesses go from $3 to $60,000 a month. Just to make it clear, referrals are free, but you have no control over them and you can't scale them. Organic, it's low cost, but it might take 6 to 12 months before you get a result. Paid ads, they cost money. They work in days and you have full control over them. Again, referrals are fantastic when they come. Organic works really, really well, but it just takes time to get there. And paid ads cost money, but can get [music] you leads in a matter of days if done right. Most of our clients see their first job within 30 days of us working together because we move fast.

How this was put together
- Ads: the Meta Ad Library, Oct 13, 2026. Pages searched: Akoola (7 ads).
- Pages: opened in a browser with every save request and every tracker blocked, so no visit, lead or booking was recorded on their side.
- Forms: read from each form's public setup. Nothing typed in, nothing sent, no call booked.
- Videos: written out on this computer, or from YouTube's own captions. Small wording slips are possible.
- Emails: what reached our research inbox. Text messages cannot be seen.
- Awareness levels and "why it works": our read, not a fact from Facebook.
- Every result and number about a client is their claim. None was checked.
